Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you on any type of cup

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send you to claims thru shipping carrier You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order.
