All items are sold as-is due to the nature of customization. Please note that refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued for any reason, including damages that occur during transit.
Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process. These bubbles are considered an unavoidable aspect of shipping and handling and are not grounds for replacement.
Please be advised that paint cups may merge together during shipping. This is a known risk and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Chargebacks Not Permitted as Substitute for Refunds
A chargeback or payment dispute filed with your bank or payment provider is not an acceptable or appropriate method for obtaining a refund. Customers are obligated to abide by our Store Policy and the acknowledgment provided at the time of purchase.
Disputes and Evidence
We reserve the right to vigorously dispute any chargeback or payment dispute filed for transactions that were properly authorized, processed, and fulfilled. This includes, but is not limited to, providing evidence of:
• Customer agreement to our no-refund policy at checkout;
• Order confirmation and delivery records; and
• Any communication between the Customer and Company regarding the transaction.
Fraudulent or Unwarranted Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent, unwarranted, or bad-faith chargeback may result in denial of future purchases.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if it is damaged or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. All damages or order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Issues
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us directly. While we are unable to accept returns on custom orders, sale items, or gift cards, we are always happy to help guide you through the claims process. Each shipment is insured for up to $100, and cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or damaged items.
